Shipping Methods and Costs
Red88 offers one low rate from FedEx 2nd Day for delivery within the U.S. and FedEx International Economy for Canada.
USPS 1st Class Service or UPS Ground
Arrives in two to three business days when ordered before 3pm PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Frames shipped directly from the manufacturer take longer.
Rush Service
Arrives next business day from FedEx or UPS Overnight when ordered before 3pm PT, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays..
Order Processing Information
All orders require one to two business days (except Rush Service) to process before shipping.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.
Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service and may require an additional day for delivery.
If one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time.
Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available to Red88.

At Red88 Eyewear, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee behind every frame we sell. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your frames, we’ll exchange them or issue a credit towards your account.
Returns and Exchanges
Red88 will replace a frame or issue a credit of your return frames if a replacement is not available. Please note: frames cannot be returned or exchanged after 1 year. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Just repack the frame(s) in its original packaging, if possible, with a copy of our return authorization form (RA) slip and ship to:
